We are seeking a Field Operations Manager to become an integral part of our Operations Team.

Job Summary

The Field Operations Manager will oversee the successful delivery of select client events throughout the country. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Operations to enhance our operational procedures, manage inventory systems, and develop new client game concepts. On event days, the Field Operations Manager will lead our crews and event staff in the setup and tear down of all event materials as well as coordinate all logistics to ensure the best possible experience for clients and attendees. This is a unique opportunity to travel to exciting events and serve in a client-facing role while developing management, customer service, and leadership skills at a fast-growing company.


  • College degree required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Travel: 50%. Must be willing and available to travel for weekend events
  • Must have flexible schedule
  • Must be located in or relocate to Dallas area.


  • Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, customers, labor crews and event staff
  • Ability to safely operate a large box truck or F250 with 24’ trailer in tow
  • Ability to work in extreme conditions (temperatures may exceed 100 degrees)
  • Unrestricted lifting ability (75+ lbs)
  • Must be able to manage time effectively in unsupervised environments
  • Team management or supervisory experience preferred

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing unique and interactive event experiences for our clients
  • Take an original concept and produce a full suite of branded assets that match the overall campaign.
  • Leading creative development of 3-D renderings that will be used in client proposals.
  • Working with our Sales team and our clients to understand their needs, and then translating those needs into a direction that our team can successfully execute.
