Texas’ most beloved grocery store chain wanted to get college football fans excited about Curbside Pick-up and Grocery Delivery. We created a custom game experience that communicated those key messages in one of HEB’s key markets, San Marcos, giving Texas State fans a chance to show off their skills. Not only that, but we also collected over a thousand emails and followed up with digital coupons, achieving a higher-than-average open rate and click though rate of 15% (3 times higher than industry average). Our team of skilled laborers and outgoing brand ambassadors transported, set up, and managed the event to create a turn-key experience for H-E-B.
